The 1st National Lottery Independence Promotional Mega Draw
 Promotional Terms & Conditions

The 1st National Lottery Independence Promotional Mega Draw (Mega Draw) terms and conditions shall apply to all interactions with National Sports Lottery Plc. with regard to this promotion specifically and to all other competitions, competitions and tournaments in general, and must be read and understood by participants in addition to other specific rules where applicable.

1. Player fully understands the methods, rules, and procedures of the Mega Draw organised by NSL.
2. Player agrees that in the event of winning any prize in this promotion, to enter into the Promotional Terms & Conditions Agreement with National Sports Lottery Plc.
3. The Mega Draw is only valid for the period as specified in the promotion offer communications or any extension thereof.
4. For the purpose of the Mega Draw, dates and times shall be based on Greenwich Meridian Time.
5. National Sports Lottery Plc. reserves the right to audit any entry.
6. The National Sports Lottery Plc. Promotions department shall be the sole judge in respect of honouring the results of the Mega Draw.
7. National Sports Lottery Plc. reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel the Mega Draw at any time for any reason whatsoever and without any prior notice.
8. Any person deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified.
9. Each promotional rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in force and in effect.
10. The Mega Draw shall be rolled over from week to week if no jackpot winning occurs for a period not exceeding 6 draws.
11. In the event that the player wins a prize in this Promotional event, he/she shall waive any rights, claims, or interest to control the use of his/her identity or likeness in whatever media used.
12. Players must be 18 years or older to participate in the lottery promotion

General Provisions

1. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure the validity of all travel documents
2. By entering the Mega Draw, players agree that their real names, aliases and images shall be used for promotional purposes.
3. By entering the Mega Draw, players agree that, should they win a prize, they will wear (if requested) NSL apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of NSL management. In addition, all promotional images will be retained on all prizes won by the player for the period of one year after delivery from National Sports Lottery Plc.
4. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of NSL management, and any decisions taken by management and verified by an independent auditor appointed for this purpose are final.
5. The prizes, name and images of the winner(s) will be displayed in the various media utilised by NSL for such draws.
6. NSL management reserves the right to deny entry to live events and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management and verified by an independent auditor for this purpose are final.
7. NSL management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the Mega Draw at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
8. Players must be of legal age to participate in the Mega Draw.

Legality, information disclosure and taxation of winnings
NSL jealously guards its participants' privacy. However, there may be circumstances in which disclosure of information to regulatory or fiscal authorities is necessary or desirable, and NSL reserves the right to release information in such circumstances. Please note that NSL cannot advise on the tax position of winners.
